Tridoshic Ayurveda

Jeffrey has been on the path of Ayurveda since 2012. After a couple years of independent study, and dedicated practice of Ashtanga yoga and Vipassana meditation, he found himself called to take a leap of faith towards something he truly believed in. The path of Ayurveda.

After a moment of clarity, laying in Savasana while practicing at Eddie Stern's Broome Street Temple In NYC, he took the definitive choice to study under Dr. Vasant Lad at the Ayurvedic Institute in Albuquerque. The rest is history.

 

During this time he found himself immersed in not only the ancient science of Ayurveda, but also immersed in Jyotisha (vedic Astrology) under the guidance of Mahadev Levine and Simon Chokoisky, and Yoga, specifically AyurYoga.

Upon graduation he created this business, Tridoshic Ayurveda, and began seeing clients for their wellness needs. During this time he also became a licensed massage therapist, in order to help heal the people through touch, as well as build a platform for many of Ayurveda's distinguished treatments.

 

Jeffrey has worked and travelled all across the United States, inlcuding NYC, Los Angeles, Denver, Grand Rapids, and Albuquerque. In addition to working all across the country, in 2018 Jeffrey spent 4 months as the assistant teacher and lead male Pancha Karma therapist at the Vasanta Insitute of Ayurveda in Pune India.

Today, you can find Jeffrey busy practicing and teaching In Long Beach, California. His work varies depending on the specific needs of each client, holistically arriving to the solution through the guidance of Ayurveda, Yoga, Astrology, and his own compassionate, intuitive heart.
